Unavailability of Public Transportation at peak office/ Working hours

Madam, I want to highlight a serious issue at BPES bus stop, Pratap Nagar. During peak office hours, there are long queues of 30–40 people waiting for transport. Most rickshaws prefer going towards Hanuman Nagar as they get an extra ₹5 fare, due to which people at BPES are left waiting for long periods. Although it is a BEST bus stop, no bus service is available at the most essential peak timings, causing daily inconvenience and delays for office and college-goers. I request the respected Nagarsevak to kindly look into this matter urgently, as it affects the public at large.
