Complaint Regarding Nuisance, Illegal Door, Blocking Entrance & Hygiene Issue

My name is Uma. Address: Saibaba Nagar, Shell Colony Road, near Tata Tower, Room No. MG 49/4, Mumbai. My next house neighbour, Amman Stall person, is selling idli and atta in front of my house. He is creating serious nuisance and safety issues. He washes his stall and throws dirty water on the road and in front of my house. Because of this, big rats are entering my house and area is unhygienic. He parks his vehicle in front of my gate, so I cannot go in or out properly. When my kids keep their cycle in front of my gate, he throws it and threatens us. He has illegally made a second door in my galli and keeps it open, which is unsafe for my kids and dog. When I questioned him, he said: “Call anyone, I am not afraid of anyone.” Kindly take necessary action . I hope there is someone to support women I'm working women my kids will alone in home so I'm worried more..i have video put option is only for photos
