“Together, we can build a smarter, cleaner, and more caring Mumbai.”
The Story Behind My नगरसेवक
My name is Aradhya Vishal Wayal. I am 14 years old and a student studying at I.E.S. Raja Shivaji Vidyasankul, Hindu Colony, Dadar East, Mumbai – 400014. Today, I stand here with a small dream but a big intention – to help make our Mumbai smarter, cleaner, and more connected.
I deeply respect the hard work that our respected corporators and civic authorities do every day for the development of our city. But I noticed one problem – many times, citizens don't know where to raise their civic issues, and corporators don't always receive clear and direct information from citizens.
So, with the spirit of Digital India, I founded a platform called MyNagarSevak.in.

Wards across Mumbai
1 Platform
Connecting citizens & corporators
What the Platform Does
For Citizens
Report civic issues like roads, drainage, water supply, and cleanliness online with photos and location.
For Corporators
Manage complaints, showcase development work, and communicate directly with the people of your ward.
Our Values
Transparency & Trust
This initiative is not to blame anyone. It is to bring responsible citizens and respected corporators together on one digital platform – with transparency, trust, and teamwork.
Visibility of Good Work
Many good works done by corporators are not always visible to the public. Through this platform, citizens can see development projects and efforts, and understand and appreciate the work being done by corporators for their wards.
Youth Leadership
This is my small step as a student towards contributing to the city I love. I believe that even young people can help in building a responsible and digital society.
Social Responsibility
A portion of the profits earned from this platform will be dedicated to social causes and community welfare initiatives for the betterment of Mumbai.
Join the Movement
I request citizens to use this platform to raise civic issues in a positive way and work together to make our Mumbai cleaner and better.
Explore IssuesAnd I invite our respected corporators to join this platform and make their ward administration more transparent, responsive, and digital – in alignment with the vision of Digital India.
For CorporatorsOur Mission
To create a transparent, efficient, and citizen-friendly platform that bridges the gap between Mumbai residents and their elected corporators, enabling better civic participation and faster resolution of local issues.
“Together, we can build a smarter, cleaner, and more caring Mumbai.”
