Respected Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Worli Village, Ward No. 193, and would like to bring to your kind attention the extremely poor condition of the road in our area. The road has been badly damaged for a long time and has not been maintained properly. There are several potholes, uneven surfaces, and broken patches which cause regular traffic congestion and pose a serious risk to pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists. During the monsoon, the situation worsens as the potholes fill with water, increasing the chances of accidents and damage to vehicles. Despite repeated complaints by local residents, no permanent repair work has been carried out so far. We request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and instruct the concerned BMC department to carry out proper repairs and regular maintenance of the road at the earliest.
