How incessant cement flow from construction site will slowly kill a tree

I would like to highlight how incessant cement flow from a redevelopment project will slowing kill a tree. Thick layer of cement forms around a tree which slowly kills them. Location: Near Ruparel Zinnia, Borivali West -92 It would be helpful if proper care of this huge tree can be taken. As we all know, a tree does not need cement to grow.
